Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email, with the exception of custom and bulk orders which might take additional time. This will be indicated on the order page and/or notification via email or phone number provided once an order is placed. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Items shipped may experience potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control. Examples of this are changes and delays due to COVID-19, and the upcoming holidays at which orders may arrive later than usual. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Our main shipping provider is USPS, but other shipping options (UPS etc.) may be displayed. 

Free Shipping

Any notification or offer about free shipping means that we will use USPS first class standard shipping. Information about your shipping delivery status will be sent to email or phone number provided. 

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customers@ibernaturals.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. The chat function on the website will allow you to enter your order details for a quick status update.
